Consider/Approve Bid for Central Cafeteria Equipment |

Background Information: In addition to advertising, we solicited bids for the purchase of a convection steamer (specifications attached) for the South Fulton Elementary Cafeteria. Funds are available for this purchase within the Central Cafeteria Fund budget for the current fiscal year as previously approved by the Board. We received bids from nine (9) companies and all bids are summarized on the bid request tally sheet. The low bid, including installation, was submitted by Hotel & Restaurant Supply in the amount of $13,999.00. This company is located in Memphis.
Staff Recommendation: I recommend approval of the low bid as submitted by Hotel & Restaurant Supply in the amount of $13,999.00. |
